Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with handling various accounting tasks, including managing invoices and maintaining accurate records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries related to accounts receivable. • Efficiently process customer credit applications. • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer credit records. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required. • Conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts. • Handle manual and EDI invoicing tasks. • Manage cash handling and cash activity tasks. • Handle tasks related to Canada exchange rates. • Perform various billing functions as part of the role. • Use accounting software systems and ERP for managing accounts receivable and other accounting functions.
