**Accounts Receivable Specialist – Construction and Service Company**
**Pay:** $19/hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for an **Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist** to join their team. This role involves managing AR processes and supporting general office operations for a construction and service company.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Answer phones and provide general office support.
+ Assist in creating project budgets, pre-lien filings, and monthly billings.
+ Maintain and manage accounts receivable records.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and email) for daily tasks.
+ Support the team with administrative and operational duties as needed.
**Required Skills and Abilities:**
+ Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and email).
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
+ Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be direct and clear when needed.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Previous experience in AR or general office duties in a construction setting is preferred.
+ Familiarity with construction billing processes and project budget preparation is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
