Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role operates within the financial services industry, focusing on the administration of accounts receivable functions and the use of various accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage cash handling and cash activity within the organization • Execute billing functions with accuracy and efficiency • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools in the performance of job functions • Maintain and update customer records using CRM software • Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations diligently • Work within the Epic Software environment for specific job functions • Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and appropriate responses • Monitor customer accounts and implement necessary actions when required • Utilize ADP - Financial Services tools in performing various accounting functions.
