Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client South Reno. In this role, you'll be part of the finance team, focusing on comprehensive accounts receivable tasks and reconciliation projects. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Perform complex and detailed accounts receivable reconciliations and reviews • Handle daily bank reconciliations with data entry into SAP • Execute month-end journal entries, specifically accrued receivables • Provide support for accounts receivable tasks, including posting wire/ACH payments to customer accounts • Work on various reporting and assigned projects • Leverage strong reconciliation skills to ensure accurate financial records • Use Microsoft Excel proficiently to organize and analyze data • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture • Demonstrate a solid understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP in daily tasks.
