Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Manufacturing industry, located in St Louis Park, Minnesota. The role involves researching and resolving customer payment disputes across various business lines and working collaboratively with customers and internal teams to provide timely and accurate resolutions. Responsibilities: • Organize and secure dispute backups from customers through various channels such as websites, emails, or phone calls. • Investigate and communicate partial payment invoices for unknown disputes. • Document the research process for unknown reasons in the relevant software. • Analyze write-offs processed by automated cash application instructions to identify systemic issues. • Conduct a thorough investigation and resolution of all types of disputes, adhering to established policies and authorization limits. • Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with customers and internal teams to minimize new disputes. • Present researched facts in writing and verbally to customers and the internal sales team to dispute and collect unauthorized disputes. • Ensure the resolution of any disputes to support a centralized team structure. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and consistency, and maintain documentation for training purposes. • Foster relationships to improve our internal business partnerships and actively participate in collaborative work initiatives. • Participate in recurring Accounts Receivable business review meetings. • Keep the supervisor informed of activities that require their attention. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
