Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong background in customer service, accounting, or business. The role involves handling high-volume data entry, including bank receipts, and working closely with a senior team member. This position is a 6-12 month contract with the potential for a full-time or permanent role. Responsibilities + Handle high-volume accounts receivable tasks + Perform data entry, including bank receipts + Provide customer service and manage calls with internal and external customers + Work closely with a senior team member and receive consistent training for over 3 months + Understand reconciliations and basic accounting principles Essential Skills + Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUPs + Customer service experience with strong communication skills + At least 1 year of accounting or financial experience + Understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting + Associates degree in business or accounting, or 5+ years of relevant experience if no degree Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Oracle is a plus + Bachelor's degree in business or accounting is preferred + Prior experience in a sales support position is advantageous Work Environment This position requires working onsite with a team of 13. There is potential for a hybrid work schedule after 3 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a busy period at the end of the month and the first business day of the month. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
