Position Summary & Purpose: To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Record all cash receipts
+ Record all credit and debit memos, including credits based on Customer return of goods.
+ Process invoices for mailing
+ Maintain sales tax rates/exemptions
+ Respond to all Accounts Receivable inquiries within 24 hours
+ Prepare documents to support distributor commission payments
+ Assist with audit information as necessary
Qualifications:
+ Must possess strong data entry skills
+ Must be able to work under deadlines
+ Strong understanding of receivables processed to assist in achieving days sales outstanding goals
+ Strong customer orientation
+ Adopt and promote lean practices in all activities, considering the elimination of wasteful resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer

Physical demands: Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work environment: Office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
