Description Do you have a strong background in Accounts Receivable and Excel? If so, we may have the job for you! As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a critical part in managing customer accounts, processing payments and maintaining the aging report. Responsibilities: • Process customer payments and credit applications accurately • Ensure efficient and correct invoicing, both domestically and internationally • Work within customer portals and directly communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies • Manage chargebacks and rebates • Regularly update and maintain customer credit records • Prepare aging reports and monitor cash activity • Post debits and credits in the General Ledger (G/L) • Handle tasks related to sales tax Additional Information: -Full-time Monday-Friday -Great office environment -Hybrid work schedule -Growth and bonus potential! -Contract to hire Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must for this role. • Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Experience in managing Aging Reports is required. • Familiarity with Customer Portal management and operations. • Experience with Rebate calculations and adjustments in a manufacturing setting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
