Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Santa Rosa, California. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing financial information and providing accounting support to our team. Responsibilities: + Process and post payments accurately, including checks and transfers. + Address accounting inquiries and resolve discrepancies in receivables. + Reconcile bank accounts and adjust accounts receivable monthly. + Prepare financial reports and manage invoices and payment updates. + Perform additional administrative and financial tasks as needed.
