Description
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's growing team. This role involves managing and optimizing the organization's accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate financial tracking and prompt payment collection. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process, track, and reconcile customer invoices and payments accurately.
+ Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies or payment issues promptly.
+ Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
+ Monitor accounts for missed or delayed payments and follow up accordingly.
+ Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and collections, to resolve account issues.
+ Maintain comprehensive and organized accounts receivable records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
+ Proven experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
