Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and optimize our receivables process. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for handling invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records related to incoming payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech industry and a strong understanding of billing, reconciliations, and customer account management. Key Responsibilities: + Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. + Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments. + Process incoming payments and apply them to appropriate accounts. + Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. + Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting. + Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. + Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
