Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role is in the Manufacturing industry where you will be tasked with maintaining and managing accounts receivable records and providing detailed financial tracking for our organization. Responsibilities: • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for the management of accounts receivable • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial tracking • Perform Billing Functions accurately and efficiently • Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions • Handle Cash Activity and Cash Collections diligently • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Use IBM AS/400 for various accounting tasks • Provide assistance in the collections process when necessary.
