Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire. This role operates in the industry of Accounting Software Systems and will be part of a hybrid schedule team. Key responsibilities: • Accurately process and manage customer credit applications. • Maintain and update customer credit records diligently. • Resolve any customer inquiries related to accounts receivables. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. • Manage billing functions and ensure accuracy in the process. • Utilize Excel for various accounting functions and formula application. • Ensure understanding and application of debit and credit principles in the role. • Participate in available training to continually enhance job performance.
