Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to become a part of our team located in Ohio. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and will focus on managing customer invoicing, handling cash applications, conducting business to business collections, and effectively managing vendors, among other tasks. Responsibilities: • Diligently handle business to business collections • Process customer invoicing efficiently and promptly • Monitor and manage vendor relationships • Accurately apply cash applications • Use Great Plains Dynamics and other tools for effective management • Regularly check for invoice discrepancies and resolve them • Code invoices as needed, ensuring accuracy at all times • Proficiently handle manual invoices and outstanding invoices • Prepare and maintain aging reports • Use Excel to maintain and update records. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position • Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures • Familiarity with Collections - Commercial and ability to handle related tasks • Working knowledge of GPAC software • Experience with GP Dynamics is preferred • Ability to handle AIA Billing and related tasks • Proficient in Code Invoices and Coding Invoices • Experience in resolving Invoice Discrepancies • Familiarity with Invoice Processing procedures • Ability to handle Manual Invoices and Outstanding Invoices • Experience with Vendor Invoices management • Proficient in preparing and analyzing Aging Reports • Strong skills in Excel for data management and report generation.
