Description We are offering a short-term Part Time contract employment opportunity in the financial industry situated in Longmont, Colorado. The role of an Accounts Receivable Specialist is open, requiring the candidate to handle customer applications, maintain accurate records, and resolve inquiries. They will also be expected to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions. This position is estimated to be 10 hours per week with potentially more hours around month end close. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for managing accounts • Handle Cash Activity and Cash Handling tasks • Perform Billing Functions and Invoice Reconciliation • Leverage Epic Software and ERP for Enterprise Resource Planning • Utilize ADP for Financial Services • Perform B2B collections and manage collections efficiently • Handle Customer Invoices and ensure accuracy in the billing process • Perform various Accounting Functions as required by the role.
