Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in MENTOR, Ohio with the potential to go contract to hire. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be tasked with a variety of accounting duties, ranging from processing customer payments to maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the accurate and timely processing of invoice payments • Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of data • Handle accounts payable transactions • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks, including preparation of aging reports • Process and record ACH payments, wire payments, and checks received onsite • Handle data entry tasks related to financial operations • Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar position • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential • Experience with Accounts Receivable is required • Familiarity with billing procedures and data entry tasks • Demonstrated ability in Invoice Processing • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel for financial data management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
