Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the service industry located in Coconut Creek, Florida, United States. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to customer accounts, including processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications using various accounting software systems • Maintain and update customer credit records in the CRM system • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts • Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions based on cash activity • Handle billing functions and cash handling tasks using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Utilize Epic Software for various accounting functions • Work with ADP - Financial Services for specific financial tasks • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties as per the company's policies and procedures.
