Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 3–4 week contract assignment to support our finance team. This role requires strong experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R), proficiency in NetSuite, and the ability to work with large data sets for reconciliations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, take detailed notes, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Reconcile financial data between NetSuite, Shopify, and other data sources. + Process and apply customer payment deposits accurately. + Perform A/R reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems. + Run financial reports and assist with data validation. + Utilize Intermediate Excel skills to manage multiple files, organize data, and conduct reconciliations. + Work with large amounts of financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy. + Take clear and thorough notes to support ongoing accounting processes. + Work closely with the Accounting Manager, who will provide training and oversight. Requirements Qualifications: + Must have Accounts Receivable experience. + Must have experience with NetSuite. + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (working with multiple files, data organization, and reconciliation). + Experience reconciling data across multiple platforms, including Shopify. + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage large data sets. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Work Schedule & Compensation: + Duration: (3–4 weeks). + Monday to Friday.
