Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Printing/Publishing industry, based in CARY, North Carolina. This role involves a hybrid workplace setting with a focus on maintaining and updating customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and processing credit applications. Responsibilities: • Accurately process credit applications from customers • Keep customer credit records updated and error-free • Actively monitor and manage customer accounts • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner • Handle corporate collections efficiently • Manage and resolve chargebacks • Leverage experience in big box retail for co-ops • Utilize SAP and SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems in everyday tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role. • Proven proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and principles. • Prior experience in handling chargebacks in a detail-oriented setting. • Familiarity with the Big Box Retail environment is essential. • Past experience in Commercial Collections is a must. • Proficiency in using SAP S/4HANA for business operations. • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software.
