Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to become an integral part of our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will have the responsibility of managing customer credit applications, keeping customer credit records up-to-date, and addressing customer queries. Your role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. Responsibilities • Efficiently handle and process customer credit applications • Keep customer credit records updated • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed • Process and prepare invoices for customers on a daily basis • Reconcile customer accounts and bank statements • Assist in the monthly-end reconciliation process • Update tax rates in the operating system and prepare Avalara Tax reports • Set up new accounts and perform credit checks for D& B record • Regularly make collections calls and emails to manage customer accounts • Assist in answering phones and transferring through our switchboard online • Perform any additional tasks as required to support the accounting team. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must • Proficiency in using CRM systems is necessary • Familiarity with Epic Software is required • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is needed • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory • Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary • Ability to handle Cash Activity is needed • Experience in Check Processing is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
