Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to support a company’s finance team during a transition. This role will focus on customer billing, dispute resolution, and maintaining accurate receivables records. Job Description: Resolve customer disputes in a timely and professional manner. Maintain updated customer account information in the system. Perform day-to-day billing duties, including processing house, distributor, and electronic summary billings. Carry out various accounts receivable activities as assigned. Ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with company billing policies. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable functions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and interest. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and accounting software. Experience with billing in customer portals. Work Hours: Flexible – 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Duration: 2-3 months, until a permanent hire is made.
