Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Orange, California. This role is primarily based in the construction industry and will involve working with various accounting software systems, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounts receivables to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Prepare deposits in accordance with financial policies and procedures. • Handle invoicing tasks, ensuring all transactions are recorded systematically. • Generate preliminary lien notices as part of the accounts receivable process. • Gain proficiency in AIA billing, progress, and retention billings. • Manage conditional and unconditional lien releases as required. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services to streamline accounting functions. • Conduct billing functions to maintain financial stability. • Monitor cash activity and handle cash with diligence. • Maintain customer records using CRM and Epic Software. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable • Competency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required • Previous experience with Epic Software will be advantageous • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is a must-have • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial • Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently is expected • Experience in Cash Activity management is required • Ability to handle Cash Handling duties is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
