Description A manufacturing company located in the Humble area is searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist immediately for a short-term contract position. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer invoices, incoming payments, and collections. The position is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8-5. Job Duties for the Accounts Receivable Specialist include: + Create and distribute customer invoices. + Record, verify, and post payments. + Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payments. + Respond to customer inquiries and assist with research to resolve discrepancies. + Generate aging reports for collections. + Contact customers regarding past due payments. + Manage the dispute resolution process. Requirements + 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience in high-volume, fast paced environment. + Strong communication and analytical skills. + Experience in collections and invoicing. + Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers. + Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Ability to work independently. + Manufacturing experience a plus!
