Description A fast-paced and innovative retail and distribution company is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and optimize our revenue cycle. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and resolution of account discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: + Accurately prepare and issue invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies. + Regularly monitor aging reports, facilitate collection efforts, and escalate overdue accounts as needed. + Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to drive resolution. + Partner with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing queries promptly. + Maintain a streamlined AR process and recommend process improvements for cash flow optimization. + Prepare monthly AR reports and assist in audit preparation when required.
