Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing all invoicing and collections of past due invoices, as well as handling new order entries and reconciliation of various accounts. This front office, client-facing position requires a personable individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work until 5pm.

The position requires working from 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility, but someone must be available until 5pm. The role is 100% onsite and involves direct interaction with clients. The team consists of 2 people. The company has a small, family-owned atmosphere with approximately 50 employees, and fosters a fun and engaging work culture with events like summer get-togethers, pizza days, burger days, ice cream trucks, and Christmas parties. The dress code is business casual, with jeans and a nice shirt appropriate for a front office setting. Training will be provided onsite, with support from the Office Manager and two other front desk staff members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
