Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be managing accounts receivable activities, maintaining accurate records, and addressing client inquiries. This role also involves monitoring client accounts and taking necessary actions. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage routine accounts receivable tasks • Record and handle client payments • Issue statements to clients on a monthly basis • Take necessary actions for timely collection of payments, including negotiation with clients • Respond to and resolve client inquiries effectively • Prepare and analyze management reports regularly • Develop and maintain process documentation for functions • Establish and foster positive relationships with clients, team members, and vendors • Oversee the maintenance of petty cash balance monthly • Support with Accounts Payable/Billing duties when required • Perform other assigned administrative duties. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a related field. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is expected. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary. • Knowledge of Epic Software is highly desirable. • Candidates should have a strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems. • Proficiency in various accounting functions is required. • Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Candidates should be skilled in Billing Functions. • Ability to handle Cash Activity is necessary. • Experience in Check Processing is a requirement.
