Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Mettawa, Illinois. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the finance industry. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be playing a crucial role in managing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate records, along with assisting in various accounting and billing functions. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Thoroughly manage and maintain customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to billing and accounts receivable • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Assist in various accounting functions as part of the finance team • Support the team with accounts receivable and billing functions • Utilize financial software for efficient and accurate record keeping • Apply strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks • Pay keen attention to detail in all areas of work Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions • Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Knowledge of Billing Functions • Familiarity with Accounts Receivables Systems The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
