Description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team in the Tri-Valley area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume invoicing, reconciliations, and cash applications with accuracy and efficiency. Pay Range: $28 - $34 per hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities + Generate and process high-volume invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. + Apply customer payments, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve any outstanding balances. + Investigate and resolve billing issues, working closely with internal teams and external clients. + Maintain customer account records and ensure proper documentation. + Assist with month-end close processes, including AR aging reports and reconciliations. Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of accounts receivable and billing experience. + Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar). + Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
