Job Description
The credit and collections group directly supports the North America unit through effective management of Accounts Receivable, Credit worthiness, collectability of Receivables, and the delivery of timely financial data to management for a $30-50mil portfolio.
Manage monthly AR portfolio and assist with the preparation of monthly Financial reportingReview and analyze customer payment history to determine credit standing and credit worthinessOversee a comprehensive review of outstanding receivables and initiate follow through with collection accountsResearch and resolve account deductions including pricing errors, allowances, over/under payments, etcMaintain timely and accurate records, customer communications, and account reconciliationsInteract with sales, finance, and customer service personnel within the North American business units to identify root causes and resolve issuesCommunicate directly with clients via phone and email to resolve issues
Additional Skills & Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED required (Associates Degree preferred)At least 1 year of AR and B2B collections experience Mid - large ERP experience required (SAP preferred)Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
