Description Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in managing invoicing, collections, and revenue processing while supporting internal projects and financial analysis. The ideal candidate has strong work experience in accounts receivable and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: · Receivables & Collections: Contact clients with past due invoices to ensure timely payments. · Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and send invoices, scan documents, and maintain accurate records. Set up new accounts. · Revenue Collection: Process credit card payments, ACH transactions, and other revenue collection methods. · Fee Adjustments: Process and update fee invoice increases to ensure accuracy in financial systems. · Payables Backup: Serve as backup for the Accounts Payable team during absences. · Project Participation: Evaluate financial systems and contribute to internal projects for process improvements. · Financial Analysis: Assist the CFO with financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed. Requirements Qualifications: · 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial role. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. · Prior experience with accounting or financial software is beneficial. · A degree in accounting is a plus but not required.
