Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in accounts receivables
Must have experience with deductions, cash application, and working with big-box customers
Experience with Sage X3 nice to have
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely application of cash, processing of customer deductions, and reconciling customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling customer deductions, analyzing trends, and optimizing cash flow.
Responsibilities include:
+ Apply cash and process customer deductions.
+ Track outstanding balances and facilitate prompt payments.
+ Investigate and resolve deduction issues.
+ Communicate with customers to address payment queries.
+ Prepare accounts receivable reports and analyze trends.
+ Evaluate and process credit applications for new customers.
+ Perform other accounting tasks as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
