Description Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an innovative organization in need of skilled talent. Responsibilities: + Process and track incoming payments promptly and accurately. + Manage account reconciliations to maintain accurate records of receivable transactions. + Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, working closely with customers and internal teams. + Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection. + Prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable status, aging schedules, and cash flow forecasts. + Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account details. + Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. Requirements + Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + At least 2 years working in accounts receivable or related finance roles. + Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and knowledge of accounting principles. + Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach.
