Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our Accounts Receivable team of Cash and Collections specialists. Reporting to our Senior AR Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing team performance, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will also continuously evaluate and enhance AR processes and systems, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
ResponsibilitiesLead the Accounts Receivable team of Cash and Collections specialists.Train, coach, and guide each team member to optimize performance.Convey department goals and targets to the team.Plan work schedules and support new employee interviewing and hiring.Deliver accurate and timely invoices.Meet monthly collection targets and address Collections escalations.Apply and reconcile customer account payments (Cash) to meet monthly unposted payment targets.Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries, disputes, and payment concerns professionally.Continuously evaluate and enhance Accounts Receivable processes and systems, making recommendations for improvements.Train and prepare the team’s leads to maintain efficient operations during planned and unplanned absences.Prepare and distribute regular, month-end reports to senior management on Accounts Receivable status, Cash flow, and Collections activities.Handle special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsManagement experience of at least 4 people.Experienced in AR - Full Cycle.Advanced Excel Skills.Work Environment
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will report to the AR Manager. The work environment is professional, and the position requires the use of advanced Excel skills and other relevant technologies.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
