Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Billing Supervisor/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be supervising and managing accounting functions, specifically related to accounts receivable and billing processes. You will also be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient handling of Accounting Software Systems. Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Oversee the billing functions, monitoring the accuracy of invoices and ensuring timely payments • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage and maintain customer records • Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and compliance with established standards • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to accounts receivable • Implement ADP - Financial Services and Concur to streamline financial operations • Utilize CRM to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction • Implement and improve accounting functions and procedures to ensure operational efficiency • Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary • Train and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as Accounts Receivable and Billing Supervisor/Manager • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems (WideOrbit) • Extensive knowledge and experience in executing Accounting Functions • Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrated skills in Auditing • Experience in managing Billing Functions *Highly preferred that candidates come from a Media background Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
