Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team located in Lakeland, Florida. This role involves overseeing the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining precise customer credit records, and handling customer inquiries. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure the billing functions are executed accurately and efficiently
• Utilize accounting software systems to optimize work processes
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in accounts
• Supervise a team of 5, ensuring effective invoicing and cash applications
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Perform other accounting functions as required by the role.
This is a permanent position that will pay up to $92.000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for managing and maintaining financial data.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounting Functions, including the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of an organization's finances.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential, including managing customer invoices, processing payments, and addressing any discrepancies.
• Prior experience in Auditing is required, including the ability to review financial operations, ensure compliance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary, including the ability to generate invoices, track payments, and manage customer accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and generate reports.
