Accounts Recievable Associate

ManTech is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Associate.  This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, detail oriented, energetic and driven individual with solid accounts receivable and administrative experience who is interested in joining a dynamic team.

This is hybrid schedule - 1x-2x a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

Prepares reconciliations, and other accounting statements and reports

Ensure strict compliance with ManTech’s policies and procedures and audit requirements

Participation in the resolution of receivable collection issues through working Program Control, Finance, Treasury, Contracts, and government customers when needed

Actively participate in Accounts Receivable meetings on all current and completed contracts

Collections and assisting groups within the company with efforts to meet/exceed DSO goals

Need to have attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently

Minimum Qualifications: 

US Citizenship required

At least 6 months experience or relevant work experience in Accounts Receivable

Requires intermediate experience with MS Office Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of government contract a plus 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

Constantly operates a computer

Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

The projected compensation range for this position is $52,000-$85,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
