The Job You Will Perform:
The Financial Services Representative for Invoicing will be part of a team environment working with 7 Global Cellulose Fiber Mills. The responsibilities include learning multiple billing systems, processing adjustments, proactively interacting with customer service, system personnel, establishing and maintaining an excellent work rapport with internal customers and various departments within International Paper. Individual must be able to work cooperatively and effectively with others in a fast paced team environment.
Process daily invoicing functions for various Global Cellulose Fibers Mills Accurately process invoice adjustments related to discrepancies for quality, quantity or pricing Enter and process quality complaints in appropriate system Process requests for non-product items Perform daily and monthly reconciliations Providing a high level of customer service and assisting in resolving problem accounts and customer complaints. Assist with internal and external audit requests Respond to both internal and external client requests on a timely basis Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Maneuver through multiple systems while possessing high volume transactions Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
2 - 4 years Accounts Receivable or billing experience Finance, Accounting, or related degree preferred, or equivalent experience Functional knowledge of accounting processes (debits, credits and account reconciliation) Prior successful customer service experience and commitment to quality excellence SAP experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and work effectively in a team environment Key competencies: Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Action Oriented, Time Management, Organization, Priority Setting, Problem Solving, Learning on the Fly, Dealing with Ambiguity, CollaborationThe Benefits You Will Enjoy:
