Accounts Rep
ACCOUNTS REP   ABOUT YOU: The role of Accounts Rep is responsible for the timely collection of accounts, with the main objective being to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt loss, while supporting the sales effort.   YOU HAVE: Education. Preferred Associate's degree in Business Administration or Accounting. Experience. Proven experience in business or accounting, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles. Preferred 2 years’ prior collection and auditing experience. Autonomy. Capable of working independently while maintaining a strong focus on customer engagement and relationship management. Technical Skills. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of relevant software applications. Effective Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to exercise tact and assertiveness when managing interactions with delinquent account holders.   YOU WILL: Support. Work with the assigned Account Clerk as well as other internal accounting and plant employees to coordinate the resolution of account record problems. Update and Maintain. Accurately report specific bad debt by account.  Strengthen. Advise the Manager of Accounts Receivable of seriously and/or potentially delinquent accounts and accounting problems in a timely manner. Help. Collect specified/assigned accounts. Review account status report regularly. Contact past due and problem accounts and make arrangements for payment. Respond to inquiries from customers. Work with Customer Care, Reps, and Sales Management on returns and credit memos.   LOVE WHERE YOU WORK: We care about your health.
