Person Specification:

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA preferred).Minimum of 3 years' experience working within an accountancy practice.Proficiency with accounting software (preferably QuickBooks Online, Sage Desktop, IRIS, and Excel).Strong experience meeting client deadlines and managing workloads.A motivated team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.

Role Responsibilities:

Preparation of accounts for small and medium-sized companies (FRS 105 & FRS 102 1A).Preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and actionable advice.Sound knowledge of Corporation and Personal Tax matters.Supervision and mentoring of junior staff members.
