Description/Job Summary Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or military security, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel - Train new security officers on company policies and procedures - Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises - Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activity - Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary - Implement and enforce security policies and protocols - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities - Provide guidance and support to security staff during emergency situations - Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in security management is a plus - Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role - Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively - Proficient in conflict management techniques - Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and other security equipment - Familiarity with loss prevention strategies - CPR and First Aid certification preferred We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.
