The Estimator II (emphasis on Asbestos Containing Materials, Lead Abatement, Hazardous Removals)
Responsibilities Perform estimating on demolition drawings, ACM and Hazmat reports and drawings, and environmental remediation scopes of work. Produce quantitative surveys and accurate pricing for comparison with change order proposal submitted by prime contractorsObtain and present unit pricing data Responsible for outlining changes, clarifications and qualifications within an estimate Provide back up for estimates to be used during analysis, review , and negotiationsIdentify indirect costs and General Condition items within estimate Possess and apply knowledge of unit prices and the material/labor component of an estimateProduce manpower estimates to coincide with unit pricingKEY COMPETENCIES

Bachelor in Engineering 3-5 years relevant experience Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Familiar with market pricing and trends Basic understanding of all phases of estimatingSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For New York, New York this ranges from $90,000.00 -$120,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
