The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the cultivation of new and existing customers. These customers include Skilled nursing facilities, Out-patient facilities, In-patient Rehabilitation Hospitals, Long Term Acute Hospitals, Acute Hospitals, Assisted Living/Independent Living, and other Health Care facilities as directed.
Your Impact Achieve Overall team revenue objectives.Build collaborative and consultative relationships with ACP personnel (Division Business Leaders, Regional Manager of Sales, Regional Manager of Operations, Clinical Program Consultants, and others as directed)Construct Sales/Business Development plan for identified territory. Obtain Division Business Leader support and consent on target sales activities.Achieve new potential customer prospecting objectives.Conduct extensive new potential customer development program including researching, qualifying and outreach (Including cold calls, drop-ins, etc). Develop ample pipeline of potential new customers. Conduct appropriate level of sales meetings with new and converting potential customers. Close sales transaction and monitor business. Develop and execute any contract/agreement as necessary in accordance with Company guidelines. Collaborate with DBL regarding pricing and discounts as indicated.Develop Upsell/Resell plan for customers that are not fully penetrated and for past customers.Provide service support; follow up to referral sources.Facilitate relationship management between new customers and ACP Ops/Field team.Provide annual compliance and calibration testing of ACP technologies as directed. Minimum Qualifications Minimum PTA or COTA licensure/certificationMinimum of 2 years of related experienceNon revoked, valid passenger vehicle driver’s license Additional Success Factors Knowledge of medical communityKnowledge/experience in the use of biophysical agents is preferred.Ability to operate independently in a self-directed manner.Sales experience with prospecting, managing a sales cycle to close, using a CRM system preferred.Ability to maintain customer relations.Ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing.
