ACP Clinical Program Consultant

 

Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management and integration of biophysical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies by assisting their clients in identification of clinical and program opportunities, providing consultations related to enhancing patient treatment outcomes, and adding operational efficiencies.  The clinical program consultant is responsible for managing ACP programs and technology integrations as the clinical expert within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Serves as a clinical program consultant to  ACP partners and customersEstablishes and maintains excellent clinical and customer serviceProvides clinical education, training and patient consultations to client facilitiesPromotes superior clinical outcomes to achieve highly satisfied customersAssist customers with marketing including patient success stories and/or patient outcome testimonialsStrategizes and problem solves with client personnel to minimize facility cancellationsRegularly communicates and interacts with the management team regarding customer issues and relations, growth opportunitiesMaintains positive, professional relationships and communication with co-workers and managementPerforms duties of Preventative Maintenance Program; including testing equipment to verify that the unit is operating correctly and within calibrationMaintain a high level of clinical acumen and industry knowledgeAssist with meeting regional, divisional, and company financial and operational goals. Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

Five (5) or more years of related experienceCurrent licensure in physical therapy or occupational therapy as a registered therapist.Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience including knowledge of PDPM, Quality measures/5 Star ratings, Medicare and other LTC payer sourcesAble to travel as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly as well as manage travel (including air flights and rental cars)A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures, and reliable transportationComputer proficient and familiar with software tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Zoom platform.  Experience using an IpadExperience with using physical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologiesExperience/proficiency with Rehab Optima/Net Health EMR system

Washington Pay range of $92,800.00- $139,200.00/salary range) + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with State Law.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
