Your Impact

Purpose:

 

The Market Leader will achieve clinical excellence and partner retention by establishing maximum value for our clients through oversight of our delivery of services. The Market Leader will report to the Division Operations Manager. 

 

Territory: California & Nevada - must reside in either territory

Oversee day to day operations within a geographic region as determined by their DBLand ACP Senior Leadership TeamProvide direct operational support to the DBL to assist the region to meet or exceed keyoperational objectivesFacilitate partner satisfaction and retention by ensuring high client experience ratingsin relation to ACP products and servicesWork cohesively with the Regional Manager of Sales to Facilitate new businessdevelopment and retention in all chosen marketsCultivate best practices for clinical services, in terms of safe, clinically efficaciousapplication of biophysical agents and rehabilitation technologiesPartner with the Director of Clinical Education in the areas of clinical research, programdevelopment, and/or quality assurance and compliance activitiesTrain, develop, support, and mentor Clinical Program ManagersProvide feedback to Division Business Leader regarding direct reports in terms ofprofessional goals, performance standards, performance planning, and performancereviews Minimum Qualifications Current licensure in appropriate therapy fieldBachelor’s degree10 years of clinical or healthcare experience with at least 3 years of management experienceCurrent driver’s license and reliable transportationMust be able to travel throughout region as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordinglyFull time ACP employee

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience in using ACP core programmingExcellent track record of successful ACP clinical program implementation and managementWorking knowledge of FDA requirements, protocols on ACP equipment, and medical terminology Additional Success Factors Experience in Healthcare or Geriatric RehabilitationOutstanding customer service and public relations skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AGWStrong mentoring and interpersonal skillsHighly organizedKeep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.

Pay range of $101,800.00 - $140,000.00 (salary range) + bonus+ benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with State Law.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
