Camping World is seeking a Purchase & Consignment Managmer or our growing team. We're looking for a high energy, motivated associate to grow the business. Job Description – Purchase & Consignment Managment + Hire, train and retain Acquistion agents + Hit and exceed monthly KPI goals + Hold team accountible to hitting goals + Adhere to company follow up cadences to achieve results + Adhere to company wordtracks and processes to achieve desired results + Work with proper channels to set purchase and consignment values + Close purchase and consignment opportunities over the phone + Acquire all documentation needed to complete transactions from customer + Coordinate location for inbound acquisition to be dropped at + Coordinate inpection process for inbound unit. + Work with locations on providing customer a pleasant check in experience + Work with consignment manager to provide all pertinant information needed in transfer of responsibilibties from Acquisition Manager to Consignment Manager in process. + Cross trained on consignment manager responsiblites to provide back up when needed Skill sets required + Phone Skills - Ability to communicate and close opportunites effectively over the phone, using honesty and credibility. + Tech Skills – Ability to use multiple platforms quickly and productively. Should be able to problem solve low level technical issues with team. + Salesforce + Happyfox + Microsoft Teams + IDS (G2) + Outlook + Sending/receiving documents for electronic signature + Leadership + Key traits needed; Accountability, Integrity, Transparency, Vision, Humility, Creativity, Delegation, Confidence, and Grit. + Ability to build and lead a team in a positive, constructive environment. + Ability to produce a high producing team + Ability to facilitate with team members & managment throughout the company to help achieve desired results. + Ability to coach and facilitate others with differing or conflicting beliefs to achieve win-win results. + Must be solution oriented.
