We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Acquisition Strategy and Partnerships Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Strategic Acquisition Planning – Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies targeting key customer segments to drive growth, with a focus on digital and traditional channelsData-Driven Acquisition Strategy – Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage customer insights and analytics enabling personalized marketing campaigns, identifying high value prospects and improving acquisition strategies for targeted customer segmentsCustomer Onboarding Optimization – Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance the customer onboarding/engagement journey and acquisition touchpoints, focusing on optimization to improve customer experience and overall conversion rates across channelsPartnership Development – Identify, negotiate and establish strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings, expand reach and deliver value-added services to customersPerformance tracking and reporting – define KPIs and success metrics for acquisition and partnership programs, regularly monitoring and analyzing performance data to adjust strategies, maximize ROI and meet acquisition targets
