KBR is looking for an Acquisition Sustainment Analyst to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. This is a full-time position located in Robins, GA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Works closely with team KBR Team Lead/Program Manager (PM) and government customers
• Provides sustainment input for end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing delivery schedules to meet project deadlines
• Conducts workload analysis of depot activation determinations and support/develop plans for Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group (DMAWG) team
• Supports acquisition planning, organizing, and managing of general and critical aspects of the development, production, and/or deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment
• Established understanding of budgetary or financial analysis and life cycle cost analysis and control
• Tracks and measures sustainment effectiveness for forecasting planning
• Demonstrates the ability to plan and execute lifecycle logistics activities
• Perform continuous evaluation on Integrated Product Support Elements the status and effectiveness of program support to ensure adequate sustainment support plans are executed effectively
• Works independently, applies sound judgment to resolve problems/deviations, and obtains advice where precedents are unclear or not available
• Participates in special projects as required
Required Qualifications:
• BS degree in relevant discipline and 5 years of related work experience OR an AS degree in relevant discipline, plus 7 years of related work experience, In lieu of formal education 13 years of experience is required
• Must have familiarity with databases, BLADE, D035, WAWF, CAVAF, and CRMS
• Understanding of Government Statutory/Regulatory Document Requirements
• This position requires a SECRET clearance
Desired Qualifications:
• C-130 of other similar fixed wing or military aircraft experience
