Acquisitions and Divestitures AVP

As a AVP in our Acquisitions and Divestitures team, you will support senior bankers in advising clients on strategic M&A transactions. Your analytical skills and industry knowledge will be key in driving successful outcomes for our clients.

To be successful as a AVP Acquisitions and Divestitures, you should have:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Petroleum engineering

Related experience in Reservoir Engineering

Prior experience in performing Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) and field development planning, including type curve generation, inventory analysis and creating drill schedules

Working knowledge and understanding of Operations and Geoscience disciplines

Some highly valued skills include:

Prior work experience in an A&D team at an E&P company or

investment bank with experience preparing and reviewing VDRs relat3ed to

buy-side and sell-side due diligence

Prior work experience in A&D team at E&P company or investment

bank with exposure to VDR

Experience conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence

Purpose of the role

To help clients with technical evaluation for acquisitions, divestitures and financial solutions to meet their business objectives.

Accountabilities

Analysis of technical (petroleum / reservoir engineering) data to provide inputs for financial model used to market client's asset, or help with investment opportunities.Provision of engineering support for transactions, including drafting presentation materials, and preparing data room documents.Collaboration with other team members in generating A&D / M&A ideas for clients.Building / leveraging of network of industry contacts to stay informed about the technical aspects of the business, and leverage that knowledge for related pitch work and assignments.To help clients with technical evaluation for acquisitions, divestitures and financial solutions to meet their business objectives.
