Actimize Developer - 7 Openings (Hybrid onsite) W2 Only
**Job Title:** Actimize Developer (Actimize ActOne) **\# of Positions:** 7 **End Customer:** Banking Client **Location:** Summit, NJ **Contract Duration:** 12 months with possibility to extend or convert **RTO Schedule:** 3 days in office MANDATORY (Preferred days: Tuesday and Wednesday for sprint days) **Interview Process:** + 30-minute virtual technical panel interview + 30-minute virtual interview with RTM for finalists + All interviews scheduled for 3-5 PM, preferably 3-4 PM **Supplier Expectations:** + All resumes must be submitted in Beeline or will not be reviewed + No soliciting of resumes, nor communication should occur with the Reports to Manager while position is live **Responsibilities:** + Provide technical consultation and support in the development of computer applications and programs. + Analyze business requirements, design and write technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions. + Develop original and/or complex code or provide coding guidance to less experienced staff. + Lead and/or perform analysis efforts. + Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. + Contribute to large-scale planning of test strategies. + Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. + Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. + Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. + Verify program logic with good quality test data, unit testing, and debugging of programs. + Participate in overall systems testing and help in the migration of applications to production. + Help with new documentation, participate in the development of department technical procedures and user guides. + Help in the resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems. + Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee updating and testing of the business continuation plan. + Design, code, and manage configuration of Actimize Case Manager applications, including unit testing and peer reviews of custom solutions. **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. + 2+ years of experience using NICE Actimize Case Management solution development (ActOne / RCM). + 1+ years of hands-on experience with ActOne/RCM Java plugin development. + 4+ years of SQL experience. + 2+ years of experience writing code in Java applications and knowledge of Java memory model. + 2+ years of experience in 12-factor and Cloud Native patterns. + 1+ years of cloud experience such as AWS, Azure, PCF, etc. + 2+ years of experience with Test Frameworks, Capabilities & Tools: such as Junit, TestNG, Selenium, Test Driven Development (TDD); Behavioral Driven Development (BDD): Cucumber/Gherkin. + 2+ years of enterprise experience with CI/CD implementation, configuration management, and orchestration tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions. + 2+ years of experience with database platforms like Mongo, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc. + 2+ years of experience in Kafka. + 2+ years working in an Agile environment. **Desired Qualifications:** + Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical background. + Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. + Ability to interface with line of business (Product Owner) and technical staff. **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
