In this role you will head up the Talent team for Luxury and Women’s Lifestyle, overseeing and managing talent bookings and negotiations across all brand platforms, including print, digital, video and events for Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Esquire, Cosmopolitan, Red and Prima, but also, across the wider business, supporting on commercial and events projects as required. You’ll also manage a team of four.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will work closely with all the key content leaders, including the Editor-in-Chiefs and Multiplatform Directors, as well as the internal PR team, to provide a bespoke and consistent talent strategy across each of the brands.

You and your team are responsible for sourcing, booking and liaising on talent-based content across all platforms. This includes print and digital covers for Luxury and Women’s Lifestyle, as well as profiles, video franchises and brand events. You also work closely with the Content Studio team on talent led projects.

The role is instrumental in project managing and implementing the talent strategy around big brand events such as Harper’s Bazaar’s Women of the Year and ELLE Style Awards.

You will be responsible for maintaining and making new relationships with key personal publicists and entertainment and fashion PRs.

ABOUT YOU

Experience working on both luxury and women’s lifestyle magazines is essential An unrivalled network and contacts book of all the most important entertainment PRs and personal publicists in the UK and US An encyclopaedic knowledge of entertainment and pop culture (music, television, film, sports, books, social) Extensive experience working as part of or leading an entertainment team on a magazine, newspaper or website Highly experienced in booking talent / celebrities for magazine covers, profiles, video interviews and events Experienced in attending cover shoots and video shoots with talent Experience booking and managing talent for events Positive and collaborative Must be able to work as part of a creative team  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple shoots and projects, and staying calm under pressure.  Great attention to detail  Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task Good team player and excellent people management skills required.  To be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values.
